Sara Colón is admitted to practice in California and New York, where she has practiced extensively in federal and state courts, and in arbitral forums. Ms. Colón has significant experience in a broad range of commercial litigation cases regarding insurance coverage, partnership disputes, securities fraud, government investigations, contract disputes, and business torts. Ms. Colón has also represented plaintiffs in financial elder abuse cases. Ms. Colón’s clients include local and international businesses in a variety of industries, including finance, media, entertainment, and technology.
She has also gained expertise through a variety of pro bono matters relating to civil rights, immigration, and non-profits.
Ms. Colón previously practiced at the law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York.
