As outside general counsel, James offers day-to-day legal support tailored to the evolving needs of growing businesses, whether domestic or international.
Prior to joining Brown Neri Smith & Khan LLP, James founded JF Warren PC, a boutique firm focused on providing practical, business-minded legal solutions. Before launching his own practice, he was a partner at a regional law firm where he led the firm’s business practice group and honed his litigation and corporate advisory skills, representing a diverse client base across industries and legal matters.
