Nathan O. Lindsey is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Brown, Neri, Smith & Khan, LLP.

Mr. Lindsey received his J.D. from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in 2025 where he was an associate editor of the Pepperdine Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Lindsey served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Sandra S. Ikuta of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also served as a legal intern for the U.S. Department of Justice (Civil Division) – Office of Foreign Litigation while studying abroad in London. Mr. Lindsey was a summer associate at BNSK before rejoining the firm full-time after graduating from law school.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lindsey spent three years as an associate with Goldman Sachs in the Global Markets Compliance division responsible for the Fixed Income, Currency, and Commodities trading desks. Before his time there, Mr. Lindsey was a compliance consultant with Wells Fargo. He graduated from the University of Alabama in 2018 with a B.A. in Finance and a specialization in Banking and Financial Services.
