Jackie Levien represents clients across a broad range of commercial matters and civil disputes. Her practice encompasses all phases of litigation, and she has secured successful outcomes in complex, high-exposure cases involving business contracts, trade secret claims, unfair competition, premises liability, and wrongful death actions.
Jackie is Counsel at BNSK. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and general business matters, and she represents clients through every stage of the litigation process, including pre-suit investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, trial, and appeal. Jackie has obtained favorable outcomes in complex, high-stakes disputes involving commercial agreements, trade secret and intellectual property claims, unfair competition and business torts, premises liability, and wrongful death matters.
Jackie has represented a diverse range of clients, including publicly traded companies, real estate developers, closely held businesses, and emerging growth companies. In addition to her litigation practice, she has substantial experience handling sensitive internal investigations and advising clients on strategies to reduce litigation risk and potential exposure.
