Ms. Khan’s practice focuses on complex business litigation. She has assisted clients in high-stakes litigation over a variety of matters, including disputes involving commercial contracts, personal injury and wrongful death. She is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation, including conducting fact and expert discovery and motion practice. She previously worked as a civil litigator for the Disability Rights Legal Center.
Ms. Khan received her J.D. in 2005 from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. While in law school, she externed for the Honorable David K. Duncan at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and was a Law Clerk for Littler Global. Ms. Khan graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Arizona State University in 2002, with a B.A. in Political Science.
Ms. Khan is actively engaged in community service and pro bono work. She has worked on various projects for Humanity First USA.
