
James Warren joined Brown, Neri, Smith & Khan after graduating from Whittier Law School in 2015. Since joining the firm, James has experience in all aspects of commercial litigation including partnership disputes, real estate transactions, contract disputes, government enforcement actions, securities litigation, and business torts. James also has experience representing clients in criminal and employment matters.
James received his J.D. from Whittier Law School, where he earned dual certificates in Criminal Law and Trial and Appellate Practice. During law school, James worked as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Theodor C. Albert of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. James received a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Planning from Sonoma State University.
